Age: About 4 months old
Health: Treated for fleas and worms. Vaccinated.
It was a quiet evening in early June when the Ayi from PPAR discovered a newly-born kitten staying at the entrance of the PPAR Shelter. The kitten didn't make a sound, it was just lying on the ground. The Ayi approached the kitten and discovered that her left leg was swollen and injured. The kitten was taken to the vet hospital immediately, but the vet said the leg was terribly injured and suggested to amputate the leg just in case of blood poisoning.
The volunteers of PPAR thought it was too risky for this kitten to get an amputation performed since she was too little. It took a long time to see progress, but she really wanted to survive! In time her infected leg got healed, and she is truly healthy now.
We gave this kitten the name Sweeti. We want her to have a sweet and happy future! If you are willing to give Sweeti a loving and permanent home, please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org
