Join us in our running club!
Even if you have never jogged or run a day in your life: come learn how to run, how to push beyond your mental capacity, how to set goals and achieve them!!! Beginner to advanced runners are welcome.
Let's help each other lose or maintain weight and tone up!
Spend at least 4% of your day staying fit and making great friendships.

Nb: Running routes will probably start from LinyeDaxueBeilu (林业大学北路）but this is flexible.
Mornings: 5am- 7am = 5-10km
Evenings: TBA = 5-10km
