1.The strategic marketing & PR manager will work closely with the team of APUS, to seek out strategic marketing & communication opportunities that will help us achieve the next level of growth. The work will be highly entrepreneurial in nature, ever changing with strong deadlines and complete ownership of work.
The areas of responsibility will be:
1.The candidate should be able to conceptualize, plan and execute comprehensive social media campaigns for different verticals.
2.Should popularize the business in various social networking sites like: Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, Google+ etc. And also increase the fan followings along with their continuous engagement and participation.
3.Will be responsible for managing ORM (Online Reputation Management) activities.
4.Should provide ongoing updates on industry trends, issues / hurdles, website features and best practices to be used in social media campaign execution & management.
Marketing/Advertising initiatives: Plan and deploy our offline marketing budgets through measurable and effective channels. Launch offline marketing campaigns in different cities.
Marketing Partnerships: Manage existing partnerships & opportunities as well as seek out new ones
PR : Communicate with journalists & bloggers on a regular basis + press releases, announcements etc.
Events : Identify and participate in external events as well as plan out larger events ourselves. Channelizing all activities in the best possible light through events, social media, public relations and marketing to give exposure to the brand
