Theme: Introduction of Chinese jiǎo zi’
The Dōngzhì Festival or Winter Solstice Festival (Chinese: 冬至; pinyin: Dōngzhì; literally "the Arrival of Winter") is one of the most important festivals celebrated by the Chinese and other East Asians during the Dongzhi solar term (winter solstice) on or around December 22 when sunshine is weakest and daylight shortest day in the year. It occurs on Friday, December 22, 2017.
Traditionally, the Dongzhi Festival is also a time for the family to get together. One activity that occurs during these get togethers to make Jiaozi - dumpling that have a fun saying, 'if you don't eat Jioazi in day, then you will lost ear by frozening cold..
The jiaozi is a common Chinese dumpling which Chinese jiaozi is a traditional dish eaten on Chinese New Year's Eve too. It generally consists of minced meat and finely chopped vegetables wrapped into a piece of dough skin. The fillings can be ground meat, chicken, shrimp, and even fish with vegetable and many kinds of styles. Dumplings are commonly eaten with a dipping sauce made of vinegar and chilli oil or paste, and occasionally with some soy sauce added in.

Our event is non-profit social activity to aim at build up a platform for Chinese culture and tea lover to learn to share the information and the knowledge. This activity is totally free！
