Any martial art is only as useful as how you train it, so if you don't practice the application/combative side of your style, it will be never something you can really use.
I am looking for people who practice any martial style of intermediate level or above, to train with.
I'm not looking to necessarily spar/step into a ring anymore, but am happy to practice speed, accuracy, power, techniques, applications, self defence, padwork, conditioning, foot work and everything and anything else that other martial artists want to practice.
I have kick and punch pads. Any style you practice is ok, as I hope we can learn from each other.
We're currently training outside in Ritan Park, where I teach a taichi class that runs from 2pm till 4pm on Sundays, so would like people to train martial fighting techniques with from 12pm to 2pm.
