Training Yard May Challenge
We are inviting 30 Runners/fitness enthusiasts in the month of May to participate free of charge in Training Program.
You will learn:
How to run faster and injury free
How to lose weight for good
Improve Aerobic conditioning
And much more.
All classes are taught by certified Technical Running Specialist in the Olympic park (most training), Mudanyuan for Power workout and around Chaoyang Park (on Thursdays and for Running Classes)
Running analysis will be done weekly to verify progress
Top 3 students will be offered an extra 3 months of training free of charge.
To apply you must be willing to
Accept new concepts
Be Willing to come to training at least 3 times a week
Keep a log with training, food and other data related to training.
Participate in Weekly interviews (5mins) and allow usage of videos and photos for promotional purposes.
